your order and to minimize additional art charges, please follow these
basic guidelines when submitting your artwork: |

Save files as attachments. Bigger files
may be "stuffed" or "zipped" to optimize file size. |

Printing project files |
|
| |
|
- All Files must be saved in Corel Draw 11 or earlier, Adobe Illustrator
CS or earlier, or .eps format. Please have all art and fonts vectorized
and created in outlines or curves.
- All fonts must be saved into curves or outlines. Please include
a list of all fonts used, and if possible, the font files for PC computers.
- All colors should be labeled with the Pantone Matching System (PMS).
- If file has half tones or gradients, please label it with PMS colors
or save resolution to 75 to 150 dpi at full scale.
- Avoid .tiff, .bmp, .gif and .jpg files. Extra art time will be required
for edition these files. (These files can be sent but may require
additional art charges).
- Include a color printout or .jpg of the file submitted.

Digital imaging project files |
|
| |
|
- All digital files must be saved in Corel Photo Paint 11 or earlier,
Adobe Illustrator CS or earlier, TIFF or Photoshop CS 2 as CMYK.
- Resolution must be saved from 75 to 150 dpi at full scale (depending
how big the product is).
- Art can be reduced to save disk space 1" - 1'. Keep in mind
the resolution must increase proportionally. (If your files are not
of this quality they may be used but may show some pixelization).
- Include any PMS colors for spot images in the file and a list of
the fonts used.
- If possible, please include a color printout or .jpg of the file
submitted.
